Senior AI Engineer

Majestara Development Limited is a developer of new technology companies and IT products, creating modern software solutions for businesses and the innovation market. Since February 2024, we have been building and scaling internal products, launching innovative platforms, and investing in emerging technology ventures across AI, EdTech, AdTech, and other high-tech areas.

We are currently developing a next-generation AI application and are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to building intelligent, user-focused solutions.

Main Tasks of the Position

• Develop an AI assistant using existing open-source solutions
  
• Personalize the AI assistant for users, including gender, voice, appearance, and name
  
• Integrate the AI assistant with application functions such as calendar, health tracking, and other modules
  
• Leverage user data to provide tailored, individual recommendations

Required Skills and Criteria

• Production experience in building AI agents using Large Language Models (LLM)
  
• Experience designing AI agents with complex architectures to solve advanced tasks
  
• Deep knowledge and production experience with LangChain and LangGraph libraries
  
• Strong proficiency in Python
  
• In-depth understanding of large language models, including transformer architectures such as GPT, BERT, LLama, and their optimal applications
  

Bonus Skills:

• Experience training and fine-tuning language models
  
• Machine learning experience in other domains (e.g., computer vision)
  
• Agile/Scrum development experience
  
• Deployment and operational support of ML models
• Experience working with AWS cloud services
