Age Requirement

DMCA Notification and Copyright Infringement Procedure
If you believe that material available through the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information (as required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)):
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL or a copy of the work;

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Majestara Development Limited will review and take appropriate action in its sole discretion, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content.
Feedback
Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions that you submit to Majestara (“Feedback”) shall become the exclusive property of the Company.
If such ownership transfer is not legally effective, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, sublicense, and otherwise exploit your Feedback without restriction or obligation.
You acknowledge and agree that any content, materials, information, or data that you provide, upload, transmit, or submit through the Website or our communication channels (“User Content”) shall:
- be accurate, truthful, and not misleading;
- not infringe any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights;

The Company reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, remove, or restrict any User Content at its sole discretion.

We do not control and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or activities of third-party websites. You acknowledge and agree that Majestara shall not be held liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through third-party sites.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, under no circumstances shall Majestara Development Limited or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
- interruption of business operations;
- personal injury or privacy loss;
- damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, any third-party software, or linked websites.

Governing Law and Arbitration
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including their validity, interpretation, performance, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Cyprus in accordance with the rules of the Cyprus Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution (CADR) (or any successor institution), which are hereby incorporated by reference.
- The arbitration tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator.
- The seat (legal place) of arbitration shall be Nicosia, Cyprus.
- The language of the arbitration shall be English.
- The governing law shall be the substantive law of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any questions, concerns, or disputes related to the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Majestara Development Limited at support@majestara.com before initiating any formal proceedings.
For European Union (EU) Users:
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may benefit from mandatory legal protections provided by the laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms shall limit any of your rights under applicable EU consumer law.
United States Legal Compliance:
You represent and warrant that:
- You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated as a “terrorist-supporting” nation; and
- You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Severability and Waiver
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted, limited, or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
No waiver of any term or condition contained in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term. The failure of a party to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Translation Interpretation
If these Terms and Conditions are made available to you in a language other than English, you agree that the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or dispute.
Changes to These Terms
Majestara Development Limited reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
If a revision is deemed material, we will provide reasonable advance notice (typically 30 days) before the new terms take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should immediately stop using the Service.
