Product Manager

Majestara Development Limited is a developer of new technology companies and IT products, creating modern software solutions for businesses and the innovation market. Since our founding in February 2024, we have been building and scaling internal products, launching innovative platforms, and investing in emerging technology ventures across AI, EdTech, AdTech, and other high-tech areas.

As we continue expanding our product portfolio, we are looking for a Product Manager who can drive product discovery, align teams around clear goals, and deliver user-focused solutions from idea to launch.

Main Tasks of the Position

• Own product direction for one or more internal initiatives: vision, roadmap, priorities
• Lead discovery: user research, hypothesis validation, market and competitor analysis
• Define product requirements and align delivery scope with engineering and design teams
• Plan and run product execution cycles (backlog grooming, sprint planning support, releases)
• Track product performance and iterate based on data, feedback, and business goals
• Ensure strong collaboration across teams and maintain product documentation
• Drive decisions on feature trade-offs, timelines, and product quality standards

Required Skills and Criteria

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner in a tech environment
• Strong product thinking: ability to define problems, validate solutions, and prioritize impact
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, analytics, marketing)
• Ability to write clear product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
• Understanding of product metrics and KPI frameworks (activation, retention, conversion)
• English proficiency for documentation and collaboration
  
  

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with AI-driven or data-heavy products (personalisation, recommendations, assistants)
• Familiarity with UX research, JTBD, and experimentation processes
• Basic understanding of software architecture constraints and delivery trade-offs
• Experience launching products from MVP to scaling phase
