Flutter Developer

Majestara Development Limited is a developer of new technology companies and IT products, creating modern software solutions for businesses and the innovation market. Since February 2024, we have been building and scaling internal products, launching innovative platforms, and investing in emerging technology ventures across AI, EdTech, AdTech, and other high-tech areas.

We are currently developing an ambitious project in the field of psychological and spiritual development using AI and are looking for a Flutter Developer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a product designed to help users discover purpose, understand themselves and others, and grow personally and professionally.

Main Tasks of the Position

• Develop new screens and components in the Flutter application
  
• Design and maintain application architecture
  
• Integrate with backend services (REST, WebSockets, Firebase)
  
• Participate in code reviews and maintain a consistent code style
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and backend

Required Skills and Criteria

• 4+ years of commercial experience with Flutter
  
• Confident proficiency in Dart
  
• Knowledge and practical application of architectural approaches (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, Clean Architecture)
  
• Experience integrating third-party libraries, REST APIs, WebSockets
  
• Experience with Firebase integration
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD setup and workflows
  

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with local data storage
  
• Creating animations in Flutter (Rive, Lottie, Implicit/Explicit animations)
  
• Publishing and supporting applications on App Store and Google Play
  
• Performance tuning and profiling of Flutter applications
  
• Writing unit and widget tests (Flutter Test, Mockito)
  
• Integrating native modules for Android/iOS via Platform Channels
• Experience working in startups or product companies
