Majestara Development Limited is a developer of new technology companies and IT products, creating modern software solutions for businesses and the innovation market. Since our founding we have been building and scaling internal products, launching innovative platforms, and investing in emerging technology ventures across AI, EdTech, AdTech, and other high-tech areas.

As our portfolio and internal teams continue to grow, we are looking for a Business Operations & Process Manager who will help structure, optimize, and scale operational processes across the company. This role focuses on turning strategy into execution, improving efficiency, and ensuring that teams operate smoothly as the business expands.

Main Tasks of the Position

  • Analyse existing business and operational processes to identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies
  • Design and document scalable workflows, standards, and operating procedures
  • Ensure smooth execution of cross-functional initiatives and internal projects
  • Monitor operational performance and progress against defined KPI
  • Support leadership with structured insights, reports, and operational recommendations
  • Coordinate communication and alignment between teams to avoid bottlenecks and duplication
  • Drive implementation of process improvements and track their impact over time

Required Skills and Criteria

  • 4+ years of experience in business operations, process management, or operations leadership roles

  • Strong process-thinking mindset with the ability to design, document, and optimise workflows

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, finance)

  • Ability to analyse operational data and translate insights into clear improvement actions

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills in a fast-growing environment

  • Confident communication skills and experience working with stakeholders at different levels

Main Responsibilities

  • Design, document, and optimise operational processes across teams and initiatives

  • Align business strategy with day-to-day execution and operational priorities

  • Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, proposing scalable solutions

  • Support leadership with planning, execution tracking, and decision-making frameworks

  • Establish operational KPIs and reporting structures

  • Coordinate cross-team initiatives and ensure clear ownership and accountability

  • Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
